NSCOB-100S-R/G/B
Specifically designed for micro-display applications
 
  • Emitting area: 1mm2 uniform emitting area.
  • Ultrahigh luminous flux: Over 140 Red Lumens, over 275 Green Lumens, over 50 Blue Lumens under Continuous Current Operation.
  • Low thermal resistance: As low as 0.9oC/W with Thermally efficient, metal-core printed    circuit board (MCPCB) package.
  • Application: Designed for Micro-Display. Suitable for DLP, LCoS, HTPS and 3LCD .
  • Compatibility: Can replace the corresponding modules from Osram and Luminus(SBT16)
  • Median lifetime: 60,000 hours under regular working conditions.
  • Green light source: Rohs compliant and Mercury free.
