Specifically designed for micro-display applications

Emitting area: 1mm2 uniform emitting area.

Ultrahigh luminous flux: Over 140 Red Lumens, over 275 Green Lumens, over 50 Blue Lumens under Continuous Current Operation.

Low thermal resistance: As low as 0.9 oC/W with Thermally efficient, metal-core printed circuit board (MCPCB) package.

Application: Designed for Micro-Display. Suitable for DLP, LCoS, HTPS and 3LCD .

Compatibility: Can replace the corresponding modules from Osram and Luminus(SBT16)

Median lifetime: 60,000 hours under regular working conditions.

Green light source: Rohs compliant and Mercury free.
