LumiEngin® Color Module NSCOB-200M
Specifically designed for micro-display applications
  • Emitting area: 2mm2 uniform emitting area.
  • Ultrahigh luminous flux: 280 red lumens, 560 green lumens, 120 blue lumens under continuous wave operation.
  • Low thermal resistance: As low as 2.6oC/W with MCPCB packaging.
  • Application: Designed for Micro-Projection Display. Suitable for DLP, LCoS, HTPS/3LCD.
  • Compatibility: Can replace the corresponding modules from Osram(Q9WP) and Luminus (SBT-16)
  • Median lifetime: 60,000 hours under regular working conditions.
  • Green light source: Rohs compliant and Mercury free.
