LumiEngin® Color Module NMCOB-600M
Specifically designed for micro-display applications
  • Emitting area: 6mm2 uniform emitting area.
  • Ultrahigh luminous flux: 600 red lumens, 1500 green lumens, 300 blue lumens under continuous wave operation.
  • Low thermal resistance: As low as 1.15oC/W with common anode packaging.
  • Application: Designed for Micro-Display diagonal sizes ranging from 0.4” to 0.6” with 4:3 aspect ratio. Suitable for DLP, LCoS, HTPS/3LCD.
  • Compatibility: Can replace the corresponding modules Luminus (PT-54)
  • Median lifetime: 60,000 hours under regular working conditions.
  • Green light source: Rohs compliant and Mercury free.
